Hydrogeology Consulting Ltd provides independent consulting services and professional advice relating to hydrogeology, groundwater, contaminated land and remediation.
The company was founded in 2020 by Jonathan Larkin, a hydrogeologist with over 35 years’ experience, working for consulting firms in the UK and Australia. Much of his work has related to contaminant hydrogeology and groundwater remediation. He is also experienced in environmental due diligence, groundwater modelling, dewatering assessment, and groundwater impact assessment for mines, quarries and landfills. Jonathan has an M.A. in Geology from the University of Oxford and an M.Sc in Hydrogeology from the University of Birmingham. He is a Chartered Geologist and a member of the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH). He provides technical editorial support to the Hydrogeology Journal.
Hydrogeology Consulting Ltd has provided services relating to sites in Australia, Belgium, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. Clients include industrial and manufacturing companies, law firms, private individuals and consulting companies that need specialist support relating to hydrogeology and groundwater.
